Marketing Manager

Qualifications & Experience :

• - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
• - Experience: 5 - 10 years in procurement/sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• - Expertise: Experience in importing spare parts and understanding of import regulations, Incoterms, and customs.
• - Language: Fluent in spoken and written English for international communication.
• - Regulation: Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations in Indonesia (especially PTK-007).
• - Systems: Having knowledge of ERP (e.g., Accurate).
• - Skills: Networking in the oil and gas industry, negotiation, relationship management, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities :

• - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the oil and gas sector.
• - Leveraging industrial networks to open up business opportunities with SKK Migas and KKKS.
• - Building strong relationships with strategic clients.
• - Manage the procurement cycle from identification of needs to contract negotiations with suppliers, especially for imported spare parts.
• - Ensuring compliance with import regulations in Indonesia.
• - Lead sales and procurement teams, providing direction and training.
• - Analyze market trends and competitor performance for strategic decisions.
• - Managing supply chain risks and changing import regulations.
